Abstract
Entrepreneurship education is deepening and materialize of the quality education and to employment education, is a relative education idea and education mode. Its goal is to create a character with talent. College students must set up the correct entrepreneurship consciousness, learn to the entrepreneurship method, grasps the knowledge and skills, knowing entrepreneurship difficulty, can become the entrepreneurship talents. This paper mainly explores education present situation, the university student\'s entrepreneurship concept, characteristics, function and value and some of the necessity and meaning behind, and points out that the development of entrepreneurship education in college students, the cultivation of the innovative spirit and creative ability of high quality talents is the national economic and social development request inevitably.
