RESEARCH ON THE COMMERCIAL OPERATION OF SPORTS VENUES IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF SPORTS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The management level and operation ability of gymnasiums depend to a large extent on the professionalism and management level of their operating institutions. Therefore, cultivating professional market management entities is indispensable to improving the management level of gymnasiums. This paper studies the commercial operation of college gymnasiums under the background of the development of the sports industry, and summarizes the successful methods and practical experience of domestic sports venues cultivation. The basic strategy of commercial operation and development provides a certain theoretical basis for the commercial development of gymnasiums in Chinese universities.
