Abstract
The root of agricultural product quality safety problem is the problem of source management of agricultural production, the production behavior of farmers has a decisive influence on the level of quality and safety of agricultural products. Only through the internal incentive and external restraint mechanism to optimize the farmers’ agricultural production behavior, can solve the problem of agricultural product quality and safety in china.
