Abstract
With the development of social economy, the existing roads are far from meeting the needs of traffic. In the road reconstruction and expansion project, the reconstruction and expansion of the tunnel is a difficult project. Based on the engineering example of the expansion of a two-way four-lane tunnel into a two-way six-lane tunnel, combined with the design of blasting parameters and the control of dangerous and harmful factors of blasting, this paper reveals the application of demolition blasting in the reconstruction and expansion of tunnels, summarizes technical experience, and provides suggestions for similar projects in the future.
